Opening Links on Interaction

In this (very) short tutorial we’ll show you how you can have your weave.ly web application open links to other websites.

From within Figma you can add an “open link” interaction to any layer (see Figure 1).

As shown in Figure 2, the weave.ly plugin will automatically take this interaction into account upon converting your design to a web application.

Besides creating the “open link” interaction in Figma you can also drag the “Open Link” block from within the weave.ly flow editor directly and connect it to any other weave.ly block. For example, in Figure 3 we add another interaction to the same button directly from the editor.
